"I basically had no cell service the..."
I basically had no cell service the entire weekend, which was frustrating. I couldn’t text anyone, couldn’t make calls, and just kept checking my phone like maybe it would magically work for a second, but nope. Definitely something to know before going.

"Left Way Earlier Than I Planned"
The whole festival just had a bad vibe from the start. It was way too crowded, people were pushing and shoving everywhere, and it felt like the staff wasn’t really handling things carefully at all. Lines were messy, people were getting bumped around, and no one seemed to be keeping things under control. I wanted to enjoy it, but it just felt tense and chaotic, so I ended up leaving much earlier than I expected.

"I tried to order a hoodie and..."
I tried to order a hoodie and a shirt from aftershockfestival.com, but nearly everything was either sold out or missing the sizes I needed. I checked back a few different times hoping they’d restock, but it was the same story every time. it felt a little frustrating because they make the merch seem like a big deal, but then you can’t actually buy most of it. Kind of ended up feeling like a waste of time.

"Set times were all over the place"
the set times were kind of a mess. A bunch of the overlaps made zero sense, and then the changes came way too late to actually plan around. I ended up missing bands I literally paid to see, which was super frustrating. Just felt really poorly organized tbh.

"not the best lineup"
the lineup was disappointing. i was hoping for more variety or at least a few stronger picks, but it just didn’t really do it for me

"Fees Were a Bad Surprise"
The ticket price looked fine at first, but then all the fees popped up and I was annoyed. Like, just show me the real price from the start. It felt kind of sneaky, and by the time I got to checkout, it was way more expensive than it should’ve been.

"Rough Start Because of Check-In!!"
Check-in was such a mess!! The lines were barely moving, and staff kept sending people to different gates without really explaining what was going on. We had our tickets ready the whole time but still waited forever just to get scanned in. Ended up missing part of the first set because of it, which was super frustrating. Definitely not the way I wanted the day to start.

"Cashless system was exhausting"
The cashless payment setup was a mess. My card kept failing at different stands, and the staff seemed just as confused as I was about what to do. I ended up spending way too much time trying to pay for things instead of actually enjoying the festival. By the end of it, I felt mentally drained and just really annoyed with the whole setup

"I don’t know why the lines were so bad"
I don’t know why, but the food lines felt like they went on forever. On top of that, the drinks were ridiculously overpriced and somehow still warm. Definitely not a great experience.

"Sound was rough, and I left side-eyeing the extra charges"
I mainly went to see the bands, but the sound was all over the place. The vocals kept getting drowned out, the bass was way too heavy, and from where we were standing some sets sounded really muffled. It’s frustrating paying for a show and barely being able to hear it properly. Also, I couldn’t help feeling like there were little fees or charges baked in that weren’t super clear upfront, which made the whole experience feel even more annoying.

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
It was way too packed, to the point where I felt unsafe. I really wish I had read the reviews before going because I probably would’ve skipped it. Definitely regret not checking first

I couldn’t even refill my water without waiting forever. The lines were ridiculously long, and it totally threw off our plans because we spent more time standing around than actually enjoying the day.

"Checkout kept failing"
I tried placing my order a few times, but the checkout just kept failing. After a couple of attempts, I stopped because I didn’t want to risk getting charged more than once or having my payment info stuck in limbo. It was frustrating, and I ended up not feeling comfortable completing the purchase

"I paid extra for the VIP amenities..."
I paid extra for the VIP amenities, they didn’t feel worth it. Nothing really stood out, and most of the so-called perks felt useless

"Bathrooms really need more attention"
The restrooms was gross when I went. There’s no soap, toilet paper was all over the floor, and the smell stayed bad the whole night. For what the tickets cost, they really needed to clean them more often.

"I kind of regret planning my day around..."
I kind of regret planning my day around this. A couple of the artists showed up really late, and then one of the main ones I came to see ended up getting cancelled with barely any clear explanation. We spent so much time just standing around waiting that it felt like we saw less music than expected. Disappointing overall.

We reached out hoping someone would step in and help, but nobody really did. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially when you realize how much basic support can change the whole experience. It left us feeling like we had to figure everything out by ourselves.

"Hot, crowded, and frustrating"
I went to Aftershock and the biggest thing that stood out was how little shade there was. It was hot all day, and unless you somehow found a lucky spot, you were basically stuck baking in the sun. With that many people there, it really felt like they should’ve planned better for basic comfort.
The seating situation wasn’t much better either. There were barely any places to sit unless you paid extra or just gave up and sat on the ground. For what tickets cost, I expected a lot more, and I don’t have much faith that customer service would actually care if people complained. I left tired, overheated, and annoyed

"Frustrating Layout Made Everything Harder"
I was in a good mood when I got there, but the layout killed it fast. The stages felt way too spread out, and the paths got packed so quickly that just getting around became stressful. It was also weirdly hard to figure out where things were. Food and bathrooms felt like they were placed in the most inconvenient spots, so you had to push through crowds for basic stuff. I ended up missing parts of sets because walking anywhere took forever. Overall, it was just really frustrating.

"Shuttles Didn’t Show Up"
I waited for the shuttles, but they never showed up. I understand delays can happen, but it only seems fair that customers are given clear updates or some kind of reliable communication when a service isn’t running as expected
